You can use the 12 bolt mani. I am using a 10 bolt mani on a Bigpin Stroker. If you go for Duels get the mikunis and Throttle wheel so you don't have to change your throttle cable, and bracket. then you can just drop in 150/75 or 80 call it a day. Have you tried the 75 with the 175?

Ah for the exhaust most manufactures use Specifically 1.25 MM Thread Pitch bolts to keep them from Backing out. How long is the replacement bolts you are using.

Ok your pumping it. needs to idle for like 5 seconds and then you reach up to the throttle Pin it and hold it for a Few seconds. What Seat size are you using in that carb?

if you turn them counter clockwise are you able to remove them? If not you may have to look at getting new adjusters, and or a new carb.

Re-tapped? did he use Helicoils or just run a tap tool down the existing holes to clean them up? Those are not the standard bolts for that setup and using the correct length is important here.

Also your Stator Wires going into your E-box are Going the Wrong way. Should be turned so that the wires are resting on the top of the E-box.

Some one may have tried to use the Super jet Socket cap replacement Bolt Kit. Which are 40mm long that setup requires a 50mm bolt. make sure the bolts you are using are m10 (10mm) 1.25 Pitch and 50mm Long.

Your stator looks to have been redone already, the wires look like the ones that JSS use. the service manuals are under tech FAQ's gives you the Procedure and what the readings need to be. the PO had a Timing advance plate in it, you have to grind out some of the cover to get it to clear...

Actually now it sounds a little like your stator. This is Classic Stator failure behavior. Runs great til its hot then dies and is really hard to start and later won't start at all. You may want to test it. As for adjusting the Rear carb low adjuster, i always had to pull them unfortunately...

Leaking needle and seat, will cause this. Also if one or both carbs Seat Seal orings go bad.

Looked like a Milky buildup in the Primer lines is why I asked about Fuel. Are you still unable to get it started?
