Defiantly using Viton type needles. I'll more closely inspect the seat with a magnifying glass to make sure the seat is not worn.

So I ordered everything to rebuild my carb, except I ordered the wrong size N&S. I should have ordered a 2.5 N&S, but I actually ordered a 2.3 N&S. My question is, can I just use the needle from the new one I ordered and place it in my older seat? I already inspected the old seat, to me...

I don't personally know a lot of about the kawi 750s. but I do know that anytime on any of the kawi's I've had, when I thought it was something in the ebox, it ended up being the stator that was the culprit.

I did it once and put an o ring under it... it sealed great.
