3d printed stuff will not hold up in the long run. This is all too real in the RC realm and other hobbies. My buddy just gave up on 3d printing because parts kept failing.

I know I saw an 800 swap on pwctoday years ago. The exhaust is also a limiting factor. Most of the 750 swaps are using 650 exhausts.

I went with a JSP Steering Cable. Attempting to remove the old cable, the Kawasaki TS pump area doesn't have enough room to fit a 27mm Spanner with the pump installed. Thanks Kawasaki, typical Japanese engineering! Only need 2mm more to fit a spanner in there. The Hull is in the way. Maybe...

DC over long distances can have significant voltage drop. Have you measured the 12 volt output voltage at end of the line? A lower voltage will take longer to charge the battery.

sounds like a stator. The engine runs good until hot, then gets hard to start again. You can check the resistance of the wires coming off of it.

the NOCO batteries are LiFe, but they have intelligence built in... Do you even need a special charger? My WPS/Firepower battery can charge up in 7 minutes or less at 20 amps with a standard deep cycle battery charger. The NOCO says it can take 21 amps max.

After market hoods don't count it either. An aftermarket carbon hood only saves 5 pounds over a stocker. 11 pounds was the claim by Trinity Composites.
