I put the new bushing in and it took tons of play out of the bendix. so i put it all back together to only get it to engage with no cranking. i pulled the cover and the bendix is stuck on the flywheel and i cant disengage it. im able to turn the flywheel one way to engage the bendix more but...

no the wing wont give any speed increases. it only holds the pump in the water better at high speed. you will need to modify the fast "-yamaha motor" to get anything else out of the top end.
