I dont have personal experience with 750SX, but I would still recommend sheets for any ski turf job. Read some of the posts on how to turf.

Rideplate: stock, or flush cut aftermarket. Intake: my personal preference is Jet Dynamics.

Just pull the motor your hull will be easier to manage.... how long does that take? Plus it is a good time to poke your head around and look for any issues before the season. You never know what you will find (worn steering cable, midshaft housing coming part, bad motor mount.) Better to find...
