Each one are a little over 2 lbs. I put both of them on a scale together and it was almost at 6 lbs. Honestly, I believe the turf replacement looks way better than the stock rail cap.

The same way rolling5150 did to his except I didn't covered the whole rails, just the area that will be use often. I used the grinder to shape and even them out.

Did mine last weekend, ran out of contact cement. Man, it was bloody difficult to cut the rail edges straight as possible and got sloppy.
