Pull it apart and clean/fix the brushes inside of it. Pretty sure JM sells rebuild kits for them, shouldn't be too difficult.

It will bolt up after machining exhaust manifold bolt holes to accept M10 hardware. Going to also have to port match the manifold to match the cylinder. Also if you're thinking of porting the cylinder and throwing on stock superjet exhaust, this is a terrible idea and a waste of time.

Show me something that actually says SXR on it released before OEM announcement. Otherwise none of this is convincing to me. The 1500 was already in use by other skis, its not a surprise that they were testing emissions on it, and thats all that youve shown us.

When was the sxr released and what date was the testing released?

Can someone post the 2015 or 2016 or (whatever year the new sxr came out) EPA test results for Kawasaki, and the date that was published? I would do the research myself but I’m not a EPA test expert like some others around here and don’t have time.
