I should be able to, but it may cost just a bit more. The prices more than double if I get a single piece made vs 5+ but since the shapes are close and they will be able to use the same press brake setup they may not charge me that much extra. I got a rough quote from the laser cutter today...

It depends how much they want to do the bending. I would prefer that they do it, especially if they CNC bend it.

I have no idea yet, depends on how much my laser cutter wants. I'm going to try and finish the design up tonight and tmrw if possible. I've been working long hours at work so I haven't had much time to work on the ski the past few weeks. I'm free tonight though so I'll get back at it.

Yep, cheaper and faster than prototyping everything with aluminum. I would at least like to get it close first...
