I've never run dual cooling before, but the idea is to double the flow of water. water goes into the exhaust manifold, up through the cylinder to the head, then out . the manifold, cylinder and head are the hottest parts that need the most cooling. so you would have a double in on the mainifold...
I just orderd the battery from battery sharks, I called them and asked for the 5% discount and shipped to me was less than $45. the battery has over 13 volts charged and fits great.
well you've covered about everything. It sounds like electrical to me, maybe a short. only I thing I can add is get one of these,

and check the strength of your spark, I can tell you gap mine will spark across...
it looks backward, better to catch it now than later if it was. all that matters is that it works. the hole for the cables on the stock bracket is more under the pivot point so that the cables run straight up into the handlepole without binding, but looking at yours, it's not no matter which way...
If you are using a hd hero, you have three lens width choices.
1080p: 1920×1080 True HD featuring a 127º angle of view, 30 fps, and 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio
960p: 1280×960 Ultra Wide and Tall HD featuring a 170º angle of view, 30 fps, and 4:3 aspect ratio. See more of the action above and...
you can also search on ebay for "piston pin puller" and buy one, or fabricate one using a long threaded bolt, with a piece of pipe large enough for the pin to go into, and a stack of washers. tighten the bolt and pull the pin into the pipe.
how about buying a c-clamp, and grinding down the rotating end so it fits into the side of the piston. then use a piece of wood on the other side of the piston go you don't damage it. if it moves the pin all the way flush with the side of the piston and you need to push it more, drill and hole...
I prefer the form factor of the contour, better for helmet mounting, the gopro's shape is odd. I wouldn't call the contour huge compared to the gopro. and the sound is better on the contour. there's things I like about both.
I have seen both used side by side in reality shows. I have a hero and contour roam. I like them both.
check this previous thread.

either of those are fine, the waveblaster 1 is a "blast", but they are kinda hard to get on and they won't hold your weight when you are stopped, you will fall off. the blaster 2 is fun, and you can sit on them when stopped. the main negative is, the b2 hull sticks to the water and putting mods...
there is a thread around here discussing that. the way I do it is, remove the carb and make a solid gasket that will block off the intake. I make it out of rubber gasket material you can get at a hardware store. now re-install the carb. now do the same on the exhaust. now block off the pulse...
I have a gopro I got around the holidays from woot for $135, and I have a contour roam I got at the same time from amazon for $90. I also have an oregon scientific sd. the quality of the gopro and the contour are very similar, gopro may have a little better color. the contour is much better for...
as far as i know, solas made a 17/23, 18/24 and a 19/25. I think that the 17/23 was for a stock motor. I have an 18/24 and a 19/25, and for me, the 18/24 is not tall enough. the 19/25 though, performs really well, from bottom to top.
