You could, but the ski rides on more than just the plate. I think you'd need to make a full plate for the rear to really simulate it being longer. Not that he couldn't do that.

Hope so too. In my experience the carbon is part of the issue but also the water that sits in the middle chamber. I pull my pump show screw every ride now. All of the pipes are in the center chamber. Most people only drain the sides. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I think you will be disappointed. Most of the time the tubes are what is leaking. No way to fix them without cutting the tray. If you do want to pressure test I suggest limiting your compressor to about 5lbs and brushing soapy water around. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
