i have 61x cylinders on my ski that have the 760 sleeves. it was a former race boat and it has a ton of power all over..... when i can can keep it running.
you better have your a$$ to virginia you crazy kanooks. we can look for a shooting range in virginia. jeff loved the beer cans and the crown royal bottle stuffed inside his ski. he was laughin his a$$ off.
rule 1100 auto wedged between my tank and the flywheel cover let it bounce around 5200 never held for me and neither did epoxy. all that chit broke free from the hull and is still stuck to the bottom of the pump.
i'm thinkin you guys should probably start the party closer to 7 that way there is no frantic rush to get there from the beach. plus people may want to clean up before going to the bar. remember the sun is up till close to 9pm.
if your looking for a sheared key on the flywheel you would have to remove the flywheel. and look at it.
might be a dumb question but how do the plugs look? that can tell alot about whats going on in the cylinders.
what about a sheared flywheel key. that would cause a backfire and it would run chitty and not get up to speed. my buddy had similar symtoms on his
650sux. ended up that the flywheel was moving cuz the key was sheared and it finally got to the point where it wouldnt start at all.
might need to trim a little of the sides around the hood seal. but other than that no prob. the exhaust might be a little tricky too. but still no prob, put one in my ski last summer.
