I think Rocky Mountain ATV is exceptionally well done. They have a huge selection, a really great rewards system where if you are repeat buyer you get money off your next order, etc. Their customer service is great and the site is really easily navigable. The customer feedback for many of the...
I sent you a message on FB, but I'm interested in hearing about this combo. I need a good all around engine because I will hold it open chasing boats. Shoot me a msg on here or FB if you don't mind, I'd like to hear what you have to say about it.
So no dirty beds, windows that don't open, showers that barely work, and no roaches and geckos in my room? Dammit!!!
Do yourself a favor and stay next door at the Coral! Or at least get a full panel of shots.
My buddy has an Xmetal pole on his SN. Hit his bolts with an impact. Hasn't moved all season, lol. On the SF there's not enough room or I would have done the same thing. I find I need to tighten mine every few rides. It's important to lock the inside down really well first and lock the two...
I wish you had asked me at Wavedaze man, I would have let you take my SF for a spin. The skis don't get pushed around easily. I had my reservations in the beginning of the year about my SF and if I'd be able to ride it at high speeds consistently. I was worried it might be too light. Now I...
I rode them in Daytona and it was tough on my back as well. I know I talked to you about a spring when I got my freak, I decided to try running the pole tight and I have to say I now love it. I tried riding a sprung pole the other day and it was comical.
The coil is weak. I shouldn't need to send something back after several rides. I also shouldn't need to cut the wires back or replace them after less than a season of riding. I'm glad you have had great experiences, but isn't my first rodeo. It was the coil. I am not bashing them, simply stating...
Mine lasted less than a season. About a month after install my ski was breaking up all over the place. I chased my tail and it lead me to the coil. I had to close the gap on the plugs for it to keep up with my engine. The coil failed completely after less than one full season.
I have an xmetal -2 steering turn plate and straight bars for sale. Also will throw in blaster bars if you want. $130
Cold fusion turn plate, brand new, never installed. $120.
I plan to bring them with me and would love to unload them if anyone is interested.
I'm sure you won't have issues. I think those guys exaggerate about putting the hood on. I don't have any issues. My pole has a umi pad attached to it and I got separated from the ski and it broke my hood. Bucky broke his hood too from the pole hitting it I'm guessing. I fixed mine with some...
I wouldn't hesitate to put those hood hooks up where they belong. Looks like it's probably too far along now.
Be sure to pad the pole a lot! I would suggest putting it on the hood itself. That's my .02, congrats and look forward to seeing it at Wavedaze.
