    Need help with factory pipe

I had the same problem number of years ago. If you torque down all three bolts and they are still coming loose then I would suggest you have some sort of shaking in your drive line. In my case the flywheel was not actually seated on the crankshaft properly and no matter what I tried to do to...

Look inside the steering nozzle and the exit nozzle, the cone looking thing pointing at you has a zerk. Inside the hull where the drive line exits the "firewall" there is a bearing box that holds the drive line, there is a zerk there as well. There are likely opinions as to what sort of grease...

1/4" fuel line is fine although the nipple diameter is a little less than 1/4. I have been using 6mm OEM style on my more recent builds since its more flexible and seems to last longer. Auto parts store will have line that will work and get you on the water.

The line that goes up the pole is your vent line and that lets air back into the gas tank as the carburetor pulls it out. It should have a check valve in it that allows a little bit of pressure to build in the gas tank. A filter would only filter the incoming air to the tank, not necessary.

The lines are supposed to be: Supply to fuel switch main Supply to fuel switch reserve Return from carburetor Vent with back check. Hard to tell which line the filter is on but it should be on the line from the fuel switch to the carb. A stock ski has a fuel filter water trap type of unit...

That's a Kawasaki ski and the 440 pump has no bearings rather it has a bushing and a seal. Get a clymer manual to learn about the ski as well as the pump. Installing it is straight forward but you will possibly need some shims to do it.

Can't figure out how you got a $9 bill in California, tax alone had to be more than that.

701 with Rhaas kit. Stock exhaust/gas tank issue

Vdub, you can heat and reform the tank if the clearance issue is relatively small. I have done and it is the tank I'm currently running in my conversion ski.

Other RRP billet vs. Cast differences

Anyone know if the chin pad on a cast RRP pole will fit on the newer billet RRP pole? Do you have to run the bolt spacer on the billet if you want a tight pole? Is the stop interchangeable?
