    lee, i would start with pulling the start stop switch apart, opening up the switches themselves, cleaning them out and putting some dielectric grease inside them. see if thats the problem, also check the connectors for the start stop. hope this helps

    check your start stop switch. disconnect just the stop part of the switch and see if you have spark, or disconnect the switch entirely and jump it at the starter relay.

    i don't remember the pitch but it is a solas bottom end prop, i think its somewhere around 9/17. it had a great "hit" for four years, before the the rod finally went through the cases...

    i have mine under the battery box and it seems to work fine. i do notice that sometimes it does take me getting on the ski for it to really start pumping water out, but usually its only what it took on a small amount of water. i split the transom open while riding last year and i'm really glad...
