Turbo snowmobiles don't need any port timing or exhaust chamber mods to use a turbo affectively. Sleds run from 1000-9000rpm during normal operation, not just peak rpm with the use of a cvt. I know of a few turbo and supercharged 2-stroke couches that ran very well. I'm not saying it's bolt on...

My 2000 Seadoo RXdi has a neutral marking on it's reverse lever, too. I've installed reverse on my XPltd, too. So, I might have the only XP with neutral.

Steve, when are you going to start using aluminum pump shoes? Roughly the same price, and much stronger. I think you made a good choice with the beefy couch mounts. I won't run anything else. And the ski looks great. I'm impressed with all the work you put into it.

Now that your battery is 12+volts, have you tested voltage while running? You should see it rise with rpm. As far as not running right, I suspect the ignition coil. Same thing I went through with an Epic this year. It started rough, and started running poorly within the first 10min from cold...

The problem I see with TnT pipes is that there are a few versions AND a number of test (not good enough to go into production) chambers out there. Tuning info is hard to come by, and it's hard to know which chamber you have or what it was built for. They were race pipes, so like some top end...
