I found several long bolts from a stock pump however this is a kavinci 148 mag and thr stock bolts are not quite long enough unfortunately. I mean 3 of 4 is good enough right? Haha

I'd totally skip rebuilding the 550pp engine. Go right to the 750 small pin. With the 750 pump, go with a hooker 10/16. At the end of the day, all the work you put into it, it's still gonna ride like a 550 regardless what you do to it. I went through all of this back in my 550 days. Wide tray...
Ordered what I hope to be the last parts to complete this ski. More turf for the rails, rrp 4 degree fat bars and micro drains. Got some time to get it all wetsanded and buffed. Now she's ready for assembly. Still gotta turf the front foothold but will do that when the rest of the turf arrives...
I got to ride a carbon circus for a few minutes a few weeks ago, very similar setup as yours and equally as violent. My glass -4.3 is still light enough I can pick it up fairly easily with the pole, custom pole bracket, hood, and turf on it. Probably weighs somewhere in the mid 80lb range so...
Must be a "southern" thing I did the same thing with my tnt chamber with a smaller stinger than the stock hose, use another hose almost like a bushing and tighten'er down with a hose clamp
@speedysprocket does flywheels still I believe. He lightened mine. 760 flywheel. Very quick turn around and great price. And machining quality was excellent too
