Well that blows. I bought a wax hose in blue because no one else had a blue hose for my freak which is basically the same overall length or very close to.the v3.
I believe that xscream basically did the same thing. I'm not sure what the Id of the reduced stinger is though. Im.also curious to know how it will change for you. I have a reducer for my tnt so chamber that I have yet to try. From whave I've read about 2 stroke pipes, reducing stinger diameter...
Definitely shorten that pole, put a good steering setup on it. Getting the bars to line up with the hood seal seems to be the sweet spot on a stock length superjet. That pole will look clean on your ski.
Could probably bend that one down to what you need and not have to change it. Could also put a spacer or two behind the impeller to make it a little looser if it's too much load on the engine
I'd ditch that k&n and run a stock one with 1 screen. As stated before, as soon as the k&n gets wet the Ski runs like crap and let's all the water in. I had a k&n like that with dual 38s and switched to 2 gutted oem 440 metal arrestors with no screen and I had to rejet the carbs. Picked up quite...
You should probably list your hull and weight. The hull weight and your weight will definitely play a role in impeller pitch. A lighter, carbon hull will want more pitch than a heavier glass hull. Otherwise you're just guessing and going off someone else recommendation who might have a...
The turf really wasn't as bad as I anticipated honestly. Just took my time and made a plan. The template fabric is a game changer. All thats left is to turf the rails and front foothold and turf will be done. Also gonna make a 5 or 6 inch pole pad too not sure which yet. I'll try to finish that...
More updates..
Got the holes drilled for the pole bracket, breathers, hood hooks and hood strap. Hood seal down so I could fit the hood. Not super happy with how it fits I think I need lower hood hooks as the prongs are up in the hood as far as they can do. But I think it'll do for now. Using a...
You can spray water on the chamber after a hard wot run. As long as it's not sizzling it should be fine. When it gets too hot it will loose power as well. Really something you'll want to play with and get it where it feels best for your riding style. Cooler pipe will make more bottom and less...
