    Super Jet Melted rear piston

Yep. 135 main jets. 35 cc domes. I am not that far above sea level and I was up around 180 compression. But I had been running this set up for several years without issue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Super Jet Melted rear piston

I don't know why I keep melting my rear piston. It happened at the end of last season and I thought I had figured out why. Then it happened again last weekend. It's a 2014 superjet. B pipe (with recomended carb settings) Ada head V force reeds This exact setup with carbs were on a 2004...

    Removing the flywheel on 650sx

I'm assuming I should only thread the bolt in partially so that there is room for the flywheel to move? Yes

    Removing the flywheel on 650sx

Tip your motor on end so that the flywheel is facing up. Put thread tape on the flywheel bolt and put water in the bolt hole. Then thread the bolt in and try to pop it off the same way you have been trying. The water should help pop the flywheel off easier.

    Blowsion impeller they offer

Email Dave at impros about what impeller would be good for you. Tell him what your setup is and what you plan on doing to your ski in the future and what performance gains you are looking for, top end or low end. The hooker 9-15 is always a good choice. The jetting recommendations can be found...

    Riding gear?

I just looked at my booties and they are neosport.

    Riding gear?

Some guys wear a giro helmet. Some wear a motocross helmet. I have been wearing a "shred ready" full face helmet, I think it's actually a kayak helmet. http://shredready.quivers.com/p/1053/

    Riding gear?

Yeah that sounds right They're not optimal for normal riding but when it's really cold, that's the only reason I can ride for extended periods.

    Riding gear?

You probably wear shorts over your wetsuit too. ;)

    Riding gear?

Looks like a fine wetsuit. And that wetsuit should keep you plenty warm. I wouldn't go thicker than that otherwise you will sweat your balls off.

    Riding gear?

Hypertech I think is the brand booties I wear when it's really cold. Reasonably priced. I prefer to wear shoes for stability and kicking in to the foot wells. I also just bought a pair of gnarkosi shoes and plan on rocking those during the summer with a pair of neopreme socks if need be. Usually...

    Riding gear?

Full wet suit. 5 or 7 mm booties. Gloves help as well, they make jet ski gloves or even a pair of mechanics gloves work. As far as the wet suit, I wear a 3/2 mm and it's pushing limits. My buddy wears a 4/3 mm and he says it's awesome. We ride up here in alaska when there is still ice on the...

    Super Jet Too much cooling?

Sorry I am responding so late. Same thing happened to me. I broke down out on the water and I get back to shore and there is water in my cylinders. So I'm chasing that problem only to find out that my flywheel looked a lot like yours does and my stator was bad. How did you get your ski back to...
