solve your issue first before dropping a poop ton on blackjacks. you just said you didnt want to buy $1000 in parts. dual 44's ran perfectly fine on many ski's from factory, no reason your ski isnt able to!
So i have searched high and low and can only find one company who sells adapters for running the oem flame arrestor intake assembly on aftermarket carbs. However its for the individual f/a's and i am looking to use my dual 44 setup. Putting them on black jacks but should be the same for all...
So whats the deal on the kawi cable in a superjet. Consensus is they are cheaper and stronger but I have yet to find information on fitment, which cable, parts needed from the SJ cable to make the kawi work. etc. Search has not found much for the conversion.
Any info appreciated!
my idea was a bit more backyardish. constant supply of water from a huge tank and something to hold the ski in place while measuring its pulling/pushing force. Tank would give the pump plenty of water flow, that dyno seems like it relies on internal water resistance. prob pretty limited power...
It could be beneficial to put a ski in some sort of rig that could measure the force the ski pulls at given rpms. Then could change pipes, jets etc and compare engine rpm vs thrust the engine is putting to the pump. Should give a good curve when the thrust of your engine comes in .
Better off misting it every day since the high concentration of oxygen in the air promotes rusting quickly. car rotors for example when you come out from work after a rainy day. Either way best of luck Wet Dreams! Hopefully you get something figured out!
wouldn't it be true that its not a full 316 piece of stainless? Its just surface altered? In that case what you have to do Wet dreams is seal it with something before shipping or find a supplier that sells 316 that is full thickness. I work with up to 2" plate 316L which we machine up to .5"...
you should really offer freshwater people the option to buy still! Like in Wisconsin were the only way I could expose it to saltwater is if I travel or sell the ski
