im putting a limiting rope on my 750 and was just wondering were the best place is to put the eye point where it connects to the steering bracket would be for on the steering bracket?? if that didnt make sense, where to drill the hole for the loop head bolt to connect onto the steering...

ok shes all on and it seems to go good with the hose connected to it..

ok.. im goin with the plate between the filter and the carb, ive just put the manifold on and will make the bracket up tommrow night..

Ok thanks, that means its a sbn..
for where it gets surport, it doesnt have any bracket on the intake manifold and it doesnt have anywhere to mount it off the flame arrestor, becuase it has a K&N filter on it.. So what do you think i should do?? maybe make something up to hold it??
Hey.. Just brought a 44mm Mikuni.. How do i tell weather it is a sbn or bn or what ever it is?? also how do i connect the throttle so that it can be surported? becuase it has nothing that it can be surpported by..
Also i dont have a primer, so what do i do with the inlet for the primer??

So im maybe thinking of swapping over the 440 engine to a 550 engine.. i all ready have:
- 550 barrel and head (do you think that it has to much rust in the cylinders, would it be able to be honed out?)
- 550 carby and intake
- hull with good jet and brand new berings
i can get a bottom end...
Theres this one on ebay.. its not a 44mm its a 42mm...
Do you think this would be anygood on it??

yer thanks for the offer mate.. but i was wondering weather it would be better to get a 44mm sbn becuase this is only a 28mm Keihin..
would it make it go much better? would it use more fuel? would it be hard to tune to the jet ski?

i use to have cable ties on there but it fell off, the clamps where only tempry thing to get me though the day... but once i get the 90 hoses i will use cable ties..
hey everyone..
i know these fuel inlet hoses arnt right becuase on everyone elses carbys it has a 90 degree bend.. and also the way it is now it leaks a little bit of fuel and it chews up the pipe..
how can i get these 90 degree pipes for it??
