FINAL RESULTS: After a new OEM relay.... a new SBT Hi-torque starter .... a new ground wire... The results are in !!! The lead wire coming off of the battery ( positive cable ) to Ebox was the culprit... It held continuity, but, it had some type of internal problems which caused this issue...

That is exactly what it is as well... Also, have no clues how old that starter is as well as it came from my previous ski which I had bought years ago... I am sure it was a used starter to begin with ... Not a new SBT starter... I am almost sure of that... !!!

Took the starter out this morning... Jumped it from my truck... At first go she did not spin... Second touch she spun with no issues... Third... Fourth and so on... !!! I checked continuity in all wires... all seemed to check out minus the red and brown switch plug coming out of Ebox... That...

I am sure my new OEM relay is working properly, but, I will do that test for both relays and see what happens... Any other clues what it can be minus a possible bad starter... ??? My only concerns is that before I replaced with the new OEM relay she would sometimes start... run great as always...

I am using a stock RN waterbox with zero issues.... It fit perfect in my hull... I have heard others say that it would not fit, but, fits great in my V2... !!!

Placed red wire from multi-meter to starter side of relay... Black wire from multi-meter to ground on motor... Multi-meter read ZERO.... after I had hit the green button to start the multi-meter took off and read all types of wrong numbers... It was supposed to read 12.75 volts which is what my...

Well... after the correct testing was done... It showed that my relay was the culprit... So I had thought... Now off to Thrust to finalize and get her going once again... I am done wrenching on skis, nor, do I enjoy it when I am not a pro at diagnosing the correct issues... No big deal... Pay...

UPDATES: After testing I thought that my relay had gone South... Bought a NEW OEM relay and the clicks continue... Decided not to mess with it anymore as I am traveling to Florida... Sooooo the ski will be dropped off at Thrust and I'll be good to go... Done messing with it... !!! Thanks Chris...

Ordered and OEM relay and going to start from there... Originally I did the multi-meter testing wrong... I do not have 12 volts running to starter while the green button is pressed... Got the red on the starter relay... Black to ground on motor... Hit green button... Not holding 12 volts...

Makes sense... she clicks like a champ... !!! Plus 12 volts each side

I am thinking the starter is stuck... shot or possibly a a loose connection although it feels tight...

Checked again... 12 volts on each side of relay

12 volts on positive terminal coming off of battery to relay...

Touch positive side on relay with positive negative and then click start... ??? I am new to this multi-meter testing... maybe I did it wrong... ???
