well, I haven't updated much lately. It's been hard to get the motivation to take my gloves off, clean my hands and take pictures when its hot out.
Anyway, here's where we are:
Body work finished as good as I felt like getting it. Not perfect but it's going to get scratched and beat up anyway. My ski's get ridden, no trailer queens.
$$$$$$$$$$ Expensive rustoleum paint job $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Cost 25 bucks total. 2 cans of primer and 3 cans of paint. Gave it a quick wetsand with 1500 after we sprayed it today.
Got the foothold sideplates mounted, surf seal installed, Side rails installed, Front exhaust outlet mounted, and more importantly, The 865 and the mag pump are installed.
Next step is figuring out hose routing from the waterbox exit to the front exhaust outlet. After that its a little turf and handlepole install. I did the underpad today. Might get to turfing sometime next week.
I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

I moved the pole bracket up almost 8 inches on this ski. That's why the pole is short.
The bars were even with the hoodlatch when this setup was on my RN.
