It was premeditated theft that's valued over $10k so its a felony either way and they will be lucky to work at Arby's. Might have to scrub the schitters and work their way up the latter to earn the privilege of flippin burgers.

Once their names are smeared they will likely move on or start new screen names anyway

That's an interesting question.... We have not talked about any of this....... Technically, by the site rules, Said person or persons have not broken any site rules..... Morally, Who knows....... We have had sellers and buyers who have proven to be total losers. Most end up just fading away. But I cannot honestly remember a situation like this where one member or members have conspired to steal a ski or parts in this manner...... In 14 years of being on Sites like this, I have never been so sick at the thought of this.

Change the rules and make the effective date coincide with this debacle.... make an example of them, the site is a privilege, we dont want scum on here looking to steal from people!

I understand that we shouldn't look lightly upon this, but you cannot change the rules then ban someone for breaking them after changing them. That would be the equivalent of an ex post facto law.

Matt. I have a 6 year old. I have a wife with a bulging disc issue. Sciatic nerve issues that keeps her in just about constant pain. We went to the Pink concert Friday night. Yes. We went and had some fun with our daughter. I personally have not talked with Darin or any other mods. I do not even know who the thief is. Until he is caught. And proven. We are not going to do anything until we know without a doubt who the member is. But don't start judging is on something that has or has not happened yet.

hey bought from a private seller not from the ski clinic. Im sure they can say how much a gen 3 costs but thats just going to be the hull and maybe he has receipts for everything. I know i don't keep my for my build.
