Agreed, posting that demand is low and dealers are selling dealer to dealer for $5k but won't sell to the public for less than $8499 is useless. Not to mention, nobody would still be in business if they ran a business like that.

Useless, yes. But what I was getting at is if they are selling it to another dealer for $5K there is no reason you shouldn’t be able to walk in with $5,500 plus fees. That’s another $500 in his pocket and you can’t hardly buy a used one in California for that.

You can't title new in CA because it is not certified to meet emissions. Needs to be previously titled somewhere else.

Absolutely CARB sucks and can operate with no oversight. Now, how a 2018 superjet that was bought out of state and brought into the state is any different in emissions than one bought new here is CARB logic at it's finest.

Don't even get me started... they are trying to ban 2-stroke motorcycles for good. Never mind diesel trucks, semis, trains and barges.
