Steve is down to let anyone ride his hulls. He is totally confident in them. My buddy crashed my square nose into one of his demo skis. It did a little damage to his ski. He didn't even bat an eye at it. Basically told my buddy that is what they are for. Customers to ride and make sure tey like them. What other vendor does that as readily?

He he is running a business that isn't just about skis. He has many customers not even on this forum. I don't think he even needs this forum yet he still comes one here to comment an try an make things right. Dude can't help people have smart mouths.

still stoked I met Steve and his group. No worries at all that I will get my hull an it will be just how it's supposed to be

Just ride what you have, don't like Chans? Hate BOBs? Guess what, no one cares. If your happy with a hull, good for you. Most the bashing comes from someone who has never ridden the hull they are bashing. Blah blah blah.

You always have something negative to say about Steve and his product but you've never stepped foot in the tray of a Chan and you don't have:
A: the financial ability to purchase any AM hull
B: interest in owning a Chan

So, why are you posting in this thread?

Because you want to be on the bandwagon, you feel sorry for Lawmaster, but you don't know the whole story. And either way, it doesn't involve you.
You want to have an opinion that other people agree with, you think its cool to bash Steve and you desperately want to be one of the cool kids.

You're not.

So really.... What does any of this have to do with you? Nothing... You're just stirring the pot, jumping on the bandwagon while showing people that you're 36 years old and you type like a 13 y/o sending a text message to their BFF...

Tyler has a legitimate beef with Steve. They need to work it out. It sucks that Tyler has to resort to calling Steve out on the X to get the response he feels he deserves. I know how that feels, so I get it, I hate that its come to it, but everyone has their own way of handling things.
But thats their business, not some BOB owner's or a jackwagon from Amarillo's business...

If you don't have legitimate questions that will result in you owning a Chan or don't own one, should you be posting here?

I don't really consider what I have said as bashing. I am sharing my experience that I have gone through so far. I am also very angry that my hull has been "almost done" since 9/26 and I still havent received it. When I ask when it will be finished I either receive no reply or get something like "im painting it this weekend." Then when that weekend goes by I text all throughout following week and get no reply. How should I not be angry about this?

Nobody said you shouldn't dude, hell I was angry when my hull was a week late... I GET IT. What I said was your issue/ beef with Steve is legitimate AND unfortunate. I said that I hate that you have to bring it up here in order to get a response. The X is the last straw for most customers, it means you're desprate, you're going to "out" him here to get a response (I'm extremely familiar with this method....)
Every post you make that expresses your dissatisfaction hurts Steve's business. But its his choice to take his time or not respond to all the text messages that he gets. He's making the decision, your comments here are a result of that decision. Its the whole action - reaction thing.

From my view, both of ya'll are VERY reactive and thats part of the problem. You're pissing each other off and delaying what you both want... to be done with each other.

But as BK said, theres multiple sides... Prior to Sept you were saying negative things about Steve and his hull, even after he agreed to send a replacement. That adds a factor to the equation, I think by spreading negativity, you in turn delayed your own hull. I certainly wouldn't get in a hurry for you after the things you said. But i'm much less understanding than Steve.

You'll probably get your replacement soon, you'll sell it and get your new hull, and all should be good. Hopefully receiving your replacement hull concludes your deal with Steve from there on out. You've done enough damage here and on other social media sites (possibly deserved... not denying that) already, I'd hate to see you hold on to the anger after he's followed through on his end regardless how late.

Your crazy dude... There's a lot more out there then this forum.... What people like to bash on here might be the world to you but it's a piss in the pool to me... I do what I can to make nice affordable parts.... U and your little Bob crew has tried to bash me any chance you get... But it hasn't done anything but make me strive to make better and better stuff obviously your stupid post aren't doing anything we are backed up 20 ski orders at all times... So pack it up and move back onto a :):):):) video..... If I really wanted to bash people like you guys do I could all day with proof to go along with it but I could care less I like building cool :):):):) and am tired of all you keyboard Cowboys talking out your mouth... I go to work every day to build jet skis I barley make a living at and I work 14 hour day minimums but I still do it because I like the sport and want to eventually make money at it one day... All be in this industry rather you guys like it or not... I'm not going anywhere and I will continue to build Skis rather you guys buy them or not... Yeah I had a couple break... That I instantly said I would replace.. Yeah its taking time... It would be one thing if I just dissappear and just burned you guys... But that's not what I do so I ain't leaving that easy... I'm sorry that I haven't put a live feed camera in my shop since I can't sit on the phone all day and up date..

You obviously didn't read what I posted. I actually said their stuff looks nice and sounds like everybody who rides one loves it. Unfortunately I haven't so I can't speak to anything past what I see. This is maybe my second post about anything to do with trend setters ever. Out of hundreds elsewhere. I don't see how that equates to "great concern" lol.

But I actually do have mild interest in these hulls. I'm interested in the sport in general. Aren't we all? I like reading about it. And isn't this forum all about people posting random thoughts, pics, and literally anything else? If we can't post an opinion on a public forum than what are we even here for.

Plus these threads are always good for drama. They're fun to read. It's TOO easy to get the BC crew fired up. And I only stated facts. Sorry. Not sorry. And I would've said the same thing no matter what kind of ski I owned. I don't see how what kind of ski I own has anything to do with it.

Wait so your "kinda" bashing them but u have a interest in the hulls but u want the builder to get all fired up so you egg it on hmm im confused y be interested at something that you not going to spend money on with this builder

You obviously didnt read what you wrote!

First calling them a shady business with no personal dealings with them is not fact! You actually did not have one single fact in that post.

Second when you said it looked nice, you were implying that was the only thing the ski had going for it. I also have a hard time believing that if these hulls were priced the same as a hurricane he would be out of business. I would love to see some close up shots of your hull now that you've ridden it for a few months

I figured this was of great concern to you since there shadiness blew your mind

Maybe when your going to post your opinion wait till when you've talked to Trendsetterz or rode one of these hulls rather then posting bull:):):):).
