that's the rectifier, with the green wires, Its your charging system it will run with this unit not in there but the battery will go flat.
You have to have it plugged in if you want to charge.
Pink Is the over heat system so leave it open.

No it will be fine. But your getting no advantage over having t charging as your still swinging the weight. If you pull the magnets out then you get the advantage of having light weight as well. I would hook up the charging to start with and see how you goPerfect, running system as total loss so ill just leave the rectifier out of the loop, wont hurt anything to keep the green wires plugged in if unit doesn't have power right? Otherwise I can terminate them.
