unit is taking power from batt - so check to have this full(oem cdi takes power from stator). On mine i have no stator at all - only sensor and no magnets on flywheel

Of course I am... power to zeel per instructions. Still running charging flywheel.

Did you check the Zeel settings via computer to confirm they are correct?

It comes preloaded with the settings i supplied to Zeeltronic it should be plug and play. As long as you have hooked up the power wire correctly it should fire just fine

I think @OCD Solutions, @Jr. (not sure) and @powerhouseperformance sell them as complete kits. Not 100% sure but that should get you started.

There are probably others.

I do not sell complete turn key setups. If the 760 parts were still avail New? I would! But selling complete, I would need to warranty multiple used parts? Not willing to do that! What I will do , is build you a turn key ignition, out of the 760 parts you send me! Im a Zeel dealer and stock the Zeel CDI, cables and programers. I also write custom curves for your setup! You could source the parts yourself and copy what you see....
You may use your existing ebox and stick the Zeeltronic inside of it, powered through a separate fuse hooked to B+
Then, all you would need is the 760 stator/ cover and a flywheel.

Just finished reading through all 45 pages of this thread. That took a while... Couple questions.
- Is a 64X coil required for this system or will it also work with say the JM 62T coils?
- Why is the 64X Electrical box back required? It looks like the starter relay and rectifier are the same in both 64X and 62T setups. Its just the coil and CDI that are different.

760 ebox "helps" with holding the zeel cdi because of the plastic strap housing that they come with.

A 62t or 61x coil will work but you'll need to isolate the ground on it. I just made an adapter so I wouldn't have to cut the wire. It's easy. It's within these 45 pages too, lol
