Eme q8 build

i took a ski there once that wasn't running right, bought a set of carbs from him and he jetted them. I was astounded how well it ran after that. He even came to the water and offered help tuning.

Hmm, lol that is what came up? Ill buy a ups stile scale to make sure we are accurate..i need one anyway. Well i just weighed the motor with carbs, fly, cover, bedplates ect -the starter it came to 76lbs. Does that sound right? The Hull with full pump and trim, pole, shaft, tank, cables, came to 93lbs. The batt is 6.6 and the alum plates to floor are 4lbs.The exhaust manifold, msd setup with all wires came to 8lbs. The chamber is 3lbs, starter is say 3lbs. Were at now 194lbs. This is matching up even at a seprate break down.?? were is this scale messin up?

Steering system, handle bars?, levers? Gas tank? Exhaust hose? Water box/resonator?

My Team Scream engine complete with carbs, stock flame arrestors, head, bed plates, electrical system, battery, battery cables, mostly empty stock gas tank, complete b-pipe weighed 113 lbs. You say yours weighs 96.6 (minus a gas tank). That is a 15+lb difference. I could see saving 2-3 lbs with a total loss. But where are you saving 10 lbs over me? My battery maybe?

Edit - yep I just looked and my battery is 14 lbs. I think you still have me by about 7 pounds?

I have been wanting a S&W 357 7 round revolver for carry but will probably get a Kahr 9mm instead. I love my Kimber 1911 Stainless Raptor i got 4 months back. No eye or hearing protection though? Well sometimes I forget my shooting glasses but even shooting 22's i put the plugs in. I like to hear, my grandpa can't.
