First superjet.. Rebuilt and ready to party

Cool. Please post up a ride report!
Also if you find a source for the rubber hood strap for the 550sx, please post that up as well.
The strap was $35 bucks with free shipping and unfortunately arriving this Tuesday. I am going to Jerry rig a tie down on the hood so she can ride her ski. Figure something out…

The stock gas cap may look better than the Blowsion but still stoked on it. Maybe a orange or purple would have been better if available but who cares..it’s what I got.
Does anyone know the differences in the throttle cable positions on the pjs billet finger throttle ? I guess I will mess with it this weekend to find out.

We got a ripper boys and girls.. or a ripper for me. Haha. I really didn’t get to hammer her the last ride out but today I beat on her the best I could. She pulls very nice, definitely the type 9 is a mid/high rpm pipe because that’s when the business starts to happen, down low is fine but the B pipe has more. ( I think everyone knows that just stating what I am experiencing) Plugs are golden brown and look fantastic! The adjustable RPM cdi arrived and will get it installed soon, the ski is going to be gnarly then, IMO. I will be curious with all the extra rpm’s if it will be under propped being a Solas 9/15, we will see! So my wife has rode a lot of skis in her life, she was super stoked on the power and even caught her off guard with how much it had. Probably because the ski had been sucking so bad for most of the summer.

I can’t even begin to describe how much better the ski handles with the new handle bars..

Thank you….
Trying to decide what direction to go with turf, side rail kit and chin pad cover. Do I refresh everything to stock colors or change up the ski to something different…. White turf, white rail kit and orange chin pad?
My vote is refresh the stock style but I’m personally not a fan of white turf in the tray

Took the wife’s tiny hands but we got the hood strap installed. Giving them both heck tomorrow night.

Tomorrow just got better.. There is no cell service where we ride but Starlink Wi-Fi does work.. I have a riding bro that has a Ford F-150 powerboost and brings starlink to the lake via his RV subscription. Vikings vs. Packers on a 65 inch screen tomorrow at the lake…… LEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! So stoked!

Rad day on the lake…football game was slick as heck at the lake, got to love starlink.
The ski rips and I am so happy..
The wife and I hammered the superchicken, definitely some big wakeboard boat wakes.
Her 550sx worked slick like always, butch racing back in the day made her a rocket ship.
The highlight for me was the wife ripping the 950cc dasa rickter, she loved it. We ran outta time before I could ride the 1200cc dasa Rickter. Next weekend for sure

I saw on Facebook a dude installed a ‘21 handle pole on a RN superjet. I have always thought the pole on the new SJ looked slick as heck. Well come to find out it’s a direct drop in and with a little help from Blowsion with a new steering cable bracket this slick pole will work even better. Definitely other items probably needed before this but the price was massively right and I said heck yes.
