so scratch that off.

Pickles???? Come-on Shawn - your cooking is the bomb!:bananajump:

Aren't you going to make my "famous" macaroni and cheese??? It goes great with Bubba Burgers (so easy and usually at all grocery stores here)!!!

I really wanted to make it this year..... we tried but couldn't do that weekend....:17: Have fun everyone!:thewave::thewave:

So, do Bubba Burgers have your seal of approval? They were a staple in my household.

Do you guys have Bubba Burgers? They are pre-made in a box & are excellent angus burgers.

Bubba Burgers were the bomb and a great deal when Costco used to sell them. Now, the only place I have seen them is Walmart and Kroger and the price is about triple what they used to be.

Costco has two kinds of premade patties that go directly on the grill frozen just like Bubba Burger. They have regular and sirloin. I'd bet that Sam's has something equivilant.

PS - Let's not forget that Wavegoddess was the driving force behind last year's lunch. She's one of those 6 or 7 people who busts hump each time helping prepare meals and going out of their way to make sure everyone has a great time. I think we all know who that core group is and we thank you very much for working so hard so that we can play so hard.

Hey lucky ducky, I can bring the bacon and sausage, however considering my lack of culinary skills you might want to get someone else to burn them.

I'd be happy to burn some meat for you, Kavey. (don't go off on that, you filthy monkeys) I worked with Neil in the kitchen last year, we'll do just fine.

And thanks for a great donation to the cause.

I'm thinking he may be compensating with a big blender, if you know what I mean?

Sorry, I tried not to do it, I even ignored it overnight, but in the end, I couldn't stop myself.

Sandys family runs a grocery store and every week her brother cooks about 10 roast pigs and about 30-40 roast ducks. Would anyone be interestd in having roast pork for dinner? We a complete pig feeds alot of people!

Where ya been SteveOwe? I was starting to wonder if you still liked us.

As far as the roast pig, yum! What's everybody think of this idea? And what would it take to carry it out? Is this something you do entirely or what (with volunteers, of course)? We're trying to shift the burden away from Penguin since he's had the biggest burden for several years, now.

Fill us in a little more and let's see what peeps want to do.

mmmm... piggie piggie.

Since I am not riding, I can definitely help with cooking lunch. If the dirty bird can bring the grill, I bet me, Peter, and Goddess could knock it out. Not that I would volunteer anyone. They just did such a good job last year.

And we gotta have cobbler. It just wouldn't be right without it. :woot:

Personally, I'm down for whatever. I'll just be happy to be at the beach with the bro's and ho's :poke:

that last one was just for Moonie..... kiss kiss
