Hand guns

6 months will fly right by in no time. For local Houston guys, if you purchase through the Arms Room you can use it on sight while waiting for approval. If you are denied they will store it for you to use on sight indefinitely. Plus 1 for local

Lol just forget about it... And never pick it up...

I really want to do this but have to find a pistol that will accept the can. Creates a whole new set of problems.

I hate you guys and the free states you live in! :squint:

Already gave ya the link. Another option would be to contact Kimber since they used to be a custom shop I'm sure they could provide you with a retro fit.

Since the cost of setting up my trust was $6, I'm not too worried about that money. ;)

Damn look at you big money! That's lunch at the taco truck for me lol! 6 bucks ain't bad at all for a trust some of the online gun trust lawyers start at 199 $ and up and I would hate to be out a couple hundred if I were to get denied. But considering I'm a good boy i have no reason to think I wouldn't get my supressor.

If you were transporting it to a range as Lon g as gun and ammo are separate you would be OK but I wouldn't throw a loaded pistol in my tank bag if I didn't have a carry permit. OTOH I have strapped a shotgun on my back more than once when I had my supermotoand no one bothered me about it.

I wonder why not, lol.

I just got back from trying out one of the local indoor ranges and I have to say, I am impressed. Patricks indoor range in Pooler, GA is a few steps above any other range I have been to in the past. It's clean, well lit, very well ventilated and overall just a very nice experience. Their range fees are a bit high and they don't offer an annual membership deal but the facility is worth the extra money.

They also rent AR's in .223 in either standard or suppressed so I will finally get a chance to see what the hype is about.

They offer rental guns (a few suppressed models even), for a flat rate of $10 plus ammo. $10 covers as many guns as you wanna buy ammo for.

I think I found my next pistol too. Beretta 92FS in stainless.

Glad you have an indoor range that you like, the only one local to me is owned by a guy I do side work for and I hate shooting I there the noise is pretty much unbearable for me and though its pretty well lit , I find that nothin compares to the outdoor ranges around here. Bright sunlight and low traffic make it worth the drive for me every time. Plus when I went there yesterday my scope on my 1022 was so far out I had a meltdown and left after 15 minutes and still got charged for an hour. Would rather shoot outside and preferably at squirrels

What is the deal with lighting in indoor ranges? The range I go to is so dark you can barely see your sights...

Not sure if its the same where you guys live but here in co indoor ranges are rare. If you plan on going to the range you have to show up and plan on waiting on a list for 3 hours. Oh and hope and pray you are there when they call your name..... A group of us would love to open one in my area if we could ever get the funding. It would be a gold mine. Anyone want to invest? lol. we could make all the targets look like aliens riding sit down skis :)
