Sure are a lot of good choices out there, I suppose one more couldn't hurt right.

Don't get me wrong, the ammo has a definite market, I'm just not it. If I competed, 20% lighter, more accurate, increased velocity, less toxic and albeit only slightly cheaper, I think it's a winner.

Not sure who they trying to target (pun intended) with 90gr 223 ammo... Also does polymer cases meet SAAAMI specs? Also curious if they expand like brass.

The extraction lip looks like it's still got some metal so I was wondering if it's an aluminum case with a thin polymer coating.

The site says the ammo is range friendly but I forgot to ask the range master if they allowed it. They don't allow any steel or aluminum cased ammo.

Very impressive shooting, move over to the rifle thread and lets continue. Mustve taken quite some time to develop the load and would really like to see the rifle. Glad ya like the USP, doesn't work for me, what caliber you using?

Nice pistol. Nice and slim with no extra bulk. All nice and streamlined. Only thing I do not like is how small the rear grip surface is on the slide, just my opinion and I have been drilled on big .45s like the HK. Not really an issue though as better to use the slide stop to release the slide and not rack it on the 2nd reload. So once loaded in the house/range and carried, drawn and fired etc... all good. Not a gun I would take to a class where everyone shooting 6 rnds from 3 diff mags in under 6 sec. Daily carry sure. I far prefer metal frames over polymer. You know for that SHTF scenario.

Combining this post. Just saw this. Hell yeah I would run this in a class with the extended controls. Just not as is from Cabelas

Fits my hand better than most other pistols and allowed me to do better work. Not a huge fan of polymer (the Shadow) myself. They have been very dominant in stock class competition for a few years now. Lack of slide height is from internal rails and low bore axis, its easily overcome with training. Has performed well in NATO testing aswell, for what that's worth. Lots of good choices out there for people.

been thinking the low slide and high frame not a bad idea afterall for heavy duty service pistol. Less induced stoppages as a result of touching the slide. Yeah NATO deal is a big thing.

Thats a pretty gun but sweet baby jesus look at the front sight... It's like a giraffe.

Factory competition gun, extended controls too. They have a very competent USA and World team. Lots of wins. EDIT: that front blade looks like a suppressor sight

Anyone been using or have any experience with an RMR or Deltapoint on their pistols? I have experience with them on a carbine, whish has been positive but still prefer an Aimpoint imo, but not much on a pistol format.
