it was not part of the order he paid for though. They did not exist when he ordered, I know because I made the first ones when I was down there well after his hull was ordered. Then they were offered as add ons. I don't think they should have been offered if they weren't going to come with the ski but it was not originally in the order.
This Is so out of line it's ing crazy

Not quite, it would be like ordering a fry and burger and the guy said he would throw in a coke for free and took a long time to get you your coke, lol

Then it's forever an excuse to not deliver it at all, deliver it late, or have it be some horrible POS. I stand by my original point: "it's free" is no excuse for ty customer service. If the vendor agreed to provide the part, then no matter what the price was, he/she (the vendor) should honor that and treat that part delivery the same way as his highest paying order. (In a perfect world!)
Otherwise the vendor falls into a line of thinking that prioritizes orders by how much the customer paid for it.
I think you need to send that hoodie to Freakrider.
Matt maybe you are a little more sore on this subject because you Hull ordering experience????: )))

Its post like this that can make this site so frustration at times, what imperfections about the hull have been posted for a comment like this?He shouldn't have offered the hulls if they were not perfect. Who cares if they were discounted.
At the time of you ordering? Or at a later time? If it was agreed you would buy the pole because you got the turn plate your post is useless. It was not in the original agreement, it didn't exist...errrrr, Swap ordered parts, hull, plus what ever. Does not matter, If he has not been supplied all the parts then his order is not complete........
Years ago, 2004, I ordered an XMetal Pole, this was one of the early ones. In the deal Pat said he would throw in a set of bars and turnplate as "Sponsorship".......

This thread has made me realize a couple things.....1)the internet is a tuff place 2)the ones you hook up bitch the most 3)I need instructions 4) don't give good deals and promo pricing because people will find a way to ruin anything 5) don't go above What people order because you will be the dick when it's a little late 6) Matt e is bitter at Hull deadlines 7)and your not allowed to be new and trying to make the sport have more affordable hulls to buy..... I don't know if you guys understand How hard it into start a new venture... I'm new at this industry there are some bumps in the road.... it only been 6 months ...I'd agree with Matt e ski clinic and x scream do have there together they have been at it a long time.... it takes time to make some thing run smooth.... it real easy to site at your 9-5 and tell people How easy it is to build custom stuff.... Try It!!!!! happens we use special resin... somethings do run out... we have to get parts from a cnc shop some times they lag ...hydro turf takes time... crates takes time.....this is all new to me sorry!!!!

When I ordered my freak and tem couldn't deliver, he kept promising it in a few more weeks. Happened for almost 6 months, nobody jumps all over his ass when he's late but when a new guy comes on thr scene u ride his ass. My hull was a couple weeks late then when promised. Sure beats 6 months or not ever getting a hull like some folk around here.
