The cases are minty like new 760 cases with 1 pulse line blocked off...the crank will be OEM crankworks rebuilt and is currently in a ripping motor...so good.

well ill tell you this for sure... they wont want to use a rebuild crank... they told me oem crank, even tho mine is mint, never been rebuild, from my 04 ive had from new they still wanted to inspect it if i wanted to use it, my cases were mint too...

.. for me it made no sense to ship these from canada to team scream to find they couldnt be used so i paid the extra (i think it end up) $1375 for new crank and cases

.. i have a horrible feeling you may find they wont want to use your cases or crank... just my opinion.. again .. simply shoot chuck a pm with what you have and you will find out pretty quick

3-4 months was my problem not theirs. I gathered parts for months and rode the fence until very recently. I only shipped them all my parts a few weeks before Daytona. Considering everything they had going on with the freeride and loosing Radney I thought the turnaround was pretty decent.

My setback Mag pump will be the longest wait I believe. Could be up to 6-8 weeks.

I sent in a brand new OEM Trued and welded crank I scored from the man TC himself and a set of minty 64u cases Jetmaniac hand picked for me. I don't think reusing your cases will be a problem at all.

Yea I really don't want to deal with a skat pump or new cases? New crank maybe but seems like crankworks OEM is better than OEM, no? And less $$.

It's not that Pat isn't keen on the mag pump, he told me that he just woudn't push guys to buy an expensive pump when the tbm and 14/19 was working so well. He did say that of course the Mag Pump was better, setback being the best. I can't speak to the 1000 as I never asked about it but Josh and Lucas both have 148 Setbacks for their bigger engines.

Yep, no magic solution to making the stock pump work with the 1000's power.

That 865 is still insane power with the benefit of stock stroke reliability. Win win.

Can't wait for my couch motor parts to sell so I can make that call to Chucky.

Bump compression and run AV gas, advent or Total loss, bigger carbs...there are still so many ways to grow the 865 as you feel the need for more power down the road.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the 1000 just the same top end with a stroker crank or are the port heights changed too? If so that may also answer what bores are available, same as 865.?.?. :dunno:

thats a ? I was thinking as well,im sure the cylinder height is different, but if you wanted to turn it to a 1000 later could you just ad a spacer and crank?
