Speaking of hoods. What do you have in store for the pole ski hoods?

And what about trim options? Are we going to have to cut up the tray area so if we run trim it won't shoot the bottom of the tray or the nozzle won't hit the tray or bondline?

im going to be infusing a hood soon. still have to make a liner for it.

as far as trim I am sure there is going to be a certain amount of customizing from one hull to another. I dont mind doing a few extra tweaks and do most of the itching so you dont have to. foam filled vs scupper. or shortening vs stock length etc.

not really, I have been trying to keep up with making parts and repairing skis. had some time to trim materials for the hood and was going to try to get that made today but I have been busy and just had to stop for a minute until the feeling of wanting to hurl passed.

I think I will be doing the hood shell first thing tomorrow. so maybe I will have a pic tomorrow night or by wed.

I havent been just sitting around, I have been making some new contacts and have found pretty much everything I need to get the smaller quantities of the materials I need. I have 2 materials I still need to get a final price on and then I will have all my material costs down as low as can be.

Estimated price for a 50lb carbon hull, carbon hood, carbon rideplate, carbon footholds and pump shoe ex tube and all plumbing will be 6300.00
glass version at 4800.00

as I said I still have a few things to work out but this should be fairly close to a final price.
