You'll be touching it again regardless. The question is fix it now or later? And, will it even be noticed/matter to her if it is heavier because of wet foam? I'm sure my wife's SN is soaked, but she won't notice and I've got too much other crap to do right now.

I am not about to throw a nice paintjob and fresh turf on a ski that leaks two gallons of water every time it's on it's side.

I'll probably put drainplugs in this, too.

RN hull will get paint this weekend.

I defoamed the Square, put my special foam in it, sealed it back up, and fixed some glass work.
That Square weighs in at a depressing 137lbs. WITH NEW FOAM!
It should get painted soon, too.

Got my motor for the Roundnose put together.
Ported 62T cases
Ported 61X bigbore 84mm (with BB sleeves!)
Wiseco Pistons
ADA Head, 35cc domes (84mm)
B-Pipe with Mod chamber
R&D Intake
Stock reed cages with dual stage reeds
Reed spacer
Dual 48 Full Spectrums.
Stock CDI, Rev limit removed
Lightened stock flywheel

Interesting, useless tidbit about the final stages of this rebuild:

I was under the impression that I needed to order a bunch of stuff to complete it.
Gaskets, bolts, throttle plates, carb linkage, crank seals, turf.

I ended up finding everything I needed in the boxes of stuff I already had, or in Phill's garage.

I did spend some money, but not much.

Thanks. I'm going to try to get a nice fluorescent candy orange color for it.

I'll paint it myself, yes.
Paint from the local store.

I have never paid anyone to do anything on my Superjets, and I have five blown engines/topends to prove it.
