I haven't been riding. I got too busy with school work, boy scouts stuff, helping people move, etc etc ad nauseum.
It will be a couple of weeks before I get a breath of air.

Did some more breaking in today - ran another 4.5 gallons through it.

Such smooth, linear power.
Awesome!

I took it out again yesterday for another five gallons.
Power is going up as it is breaking in more.

Awesome, smooth power. Very predictable with plenty of pull everywhere. This is exactly what I wanted.

Spent most of the night going through this build... I didn't see what you finally did with the ride plate. How long is it now and is it still D cut?

I have 15 gallons through it now.
I am now switching to Amsoil Dominator oil. Gonna hit the water again tomorrow.

My .02, I would rather see an oil with superior corrosion protection.

One of the reasons I run Dominator racing oil.

Did you read/hear somewhere that it does not have superior corrosion protection?

I have about six to seven tanks of gas through it now, three of those in surf.
For me, it was the first time ever that my ski ran perfectly in the surf, without any hiccup. I opened the hood only to pour gas in the tank.
It started on the first button push every time.
I did not have bogging or water issues even after deep stabs or having the boat upside down in the water. (I run Pro-K's without outerwears)

The motor had awesome power everywhere. I pulled of my first full rolls. :woot:

Did Tank #9 today in white-water rapids. Ran awesome, no problems at all. So 45 gallons total now.
