Dude its time for a mechanic, you have it down that far pull the motor and get all your parts together and find an good mechanic. Hey call Paul tomorow. It looks as if you have had thermonucularmeltdown to me.

i would at least like to take the cylender off and take a look at the pistons/rods....:frown:

i dont 'know' that you have a bent rod. i do know that there was water in your cylinder. i think its a safe bet that you have a bent rod though.

take the cylinders off and youll find your problem. if you have to remove the carbs, no biggie. youll want to remove them anyway before reassembly.

did you look and make sure theres not a rope stuck in the pump? lol

nothign I see pushes me to say a bent rod. YET

obvious water ingestion and soak time though.

see that rust on the cylinder?

water sat in there, too long.

keep wrenching man..

you are my hero right now.

nice rod

cant tell on the cylinders from the pic.

but probabaly hone them, and fresh rings would get you nearly the same ring seal you had.. which might have been ok.

or, a fresh bore, new slugs, would get you a 100% seal.

its money from here man....

sorry.....
really, damage makes me sad.

look at it this way, its a reason to get more engine.
