New design TNT pipe

The used market is dictated by scavengers and buzzards...buyer beware on here for sure. Having parts rain down cheaper and cheaper in the used market should make all those people even more happy as well. As long as the wildabeast cough couch I mean product keeps getting a lil bit better each yr,the top of the food chain will continue to devour them at the right price....lol. RRP has proven that even at the high end of spectrum, how well would it work at a much discounted price?

And the fact that our sport is growing again. 5 years ago i saw a stand up so rarely. this year i have ridden with more aftermarket hulls than i have ever seen and almost every weekend seen a car/truck pulling a stand up down 696. also 7 new guys on my home lake that got stand ups and are now talking aftermarket. people like TNT are awesome. my beef is that unlike cars and my offroad hobby it is hard to diy many of the parts you need.

Ya great job for laser, but you have to cut at least 100 pipes and there still hefty pattern program fee.
The old tnt pipe was lazer cut. But it only had 9 parts this body is 14 parts.
I'm going the wrong way.
They need to get easier not harder.

Sorry not sending work to china, call me old goat, but If everyone took pride over price our country dollar be worth heck of a lot more.
But everyone is about price.
But stamping new pipe is only way to make it affordable.
And the stamped version will be adjustable pressure wave technology like my snowmobile pipes and you can tune with a pressure gauge take guess work out of it.

you dont have anyone local that will laser cut small jobs? for jeep suspension pieces (tabs and misc little flat parts) i have a place that will cut me everything i want out o a 4x8 sheet for $100, but i also have it already layed out in cad....

I've got a local place that laser cuts fairly cheap as well. I just send them the CAD files and they give me a quote for 1/5/10/15+ sets. From the work I've had them do, I would estimate that it would likely cost around $50-80 per pipe, including the material. They even deburr the parts.

I'd shop around if I were you...

I have several places but when you hand them 17 parts and they want min of 100 parts.
235.00 per pattern

Not gonna spend the money to lazer cut.
I already hand cut all the cone pipes I'm gonna make.
But there is going to be two new production pipes coming out that will be stamped.
With pressure tune technology and adjustable tune length.
They will be very expensive but come with digital tuning gauge so there no guess or trial and error tuning.

Tim, you're no old goat. Just a wise business man who takes pride in designing/manufacturing your own products. Stay the course... China's wages are going up, hundreds of factories over there are being consoladated, and workmanship is being compromised. My business manufactures here in the US, and we see the tides turning.

Pipe
What do you consider "very expensive"?
, manifold, gauges , chamber and water box
2,000 range.
But it's the first truly tunable chamber with gauges to get pipe pressure correct as well as tune length.
The digital gauges are 500.00 for good quality gauge with pressure filtering and memory recal

And this guage is the only option for tuning? Is it a proven method for tuning wet pipes with varying amounts of water delivered from the jet unit over a broad rpm range?

crap these are the kind of things that keep good things from happening. 2 diff ways of thought, that together could have came to a great result. people in the jetski business always have this issue, maybe not in this case, but love to say one thing and do another.

The help, the number of potential and customers who purchased the pipe that came to me for water routing, setup tips. Faxing of my water diagrams and the phone calls. That help.
Then the public help I gave for those who feel you blatantly compiled my stuff.
He didn't. It's a design I abondoned as I new the new pipe was that much better and if nynja wanted to make a reproduction please do.
My only problem with it now is te amount of people who bought it and got no instructions on how to set it up and came to me and that alone was enough for me to never publicly agree to allow someone else to reproduce without a royalty agreement

Also would like to say I don't want to hear anymore crap said about them making my old pipe.
I also think they now understand why I didn't make more, low sales and if you make it in USA there little profit.
That's why I only make a few of the new ones and have to make them myself or there a money looser.
Keep in mind I make pipes designed on my engine packages to enhance my engines and they just so happen to work good for some others as well.
