Glad to see you are riding it! Great looking build and ski!! Sexy!

When are you georgia peaches going to come down and ride some surf/flatwater with the florida crackers?

Peaches....funny.

I'm ready. Or at least I will be when I figure out this latest bug in my total loss. Rewiring it tonight.

All i can picture now is Chris saying "I can eat a peach all day", lol.
Iron out all the bugs and let that cold weather chase you guys south. If we can firm up a date i can meet you guys somewhere on I95 and load all the skis and gear into my truck and 4 place trailer and make a good trip out of it. ROADTRIP!!!!!!!

The ski handles well. None of us really carve turns so I doubt you'll get an opinion from us on that. I think the back end gets loose real easy which is good and bad...probably just takes some getting used to so I won't judge on that. I tried a nose stab (not realizing there was no limiting rope) and it slid right out from under me. I like the hull though. I'd love to have one.

Beautiful.
Thanks Motorhead. I wanted to do a black bottom deck with a design sort of like a reverse of Lucaumpits paint scheme, but with the time crunch I held off and went with a solo color/scheme. I like how it turned out.

Boyer, I THINK I'm down with that. I've been a surf puss for 4 years now. Waternut and Mcdog have done surf and Daytona. Daytona is cold and all the horror stories from my boys with salt screwin' up their electrics. I'd love to try sometime though. Lets get a date and make it happen.
WAB came through this past summer and rode for a day or so. He and his boys ride out of Savannah area and down to J-ville. We could hook up with those boys too.

I usually ride with the Savannah boys at either Tybee Island or Jax. A couple times a year we head down to st Augustine but it's a time crunch to ride sunday and still get home in time to get up at 4am monday morn.

Sundays at the spot are the best but their crew is always split between saturdy and sunday due to work schedules.

We have been trying a couple of spots out around charleston that may be closer for you guys but it just doesn't compare to st auggie or jax plus you guys wanna ride with the whole crew to get the full experience.

Ricky's talking about coming back down for 4 days of riding around thanksgiving, maybe we need to plan a little freeride unless too many people have family obligations. We did it last year but ended up having Thanksgiving dinner at Shoneys and i can promise that won't evera happen again, lol.

Spot ride would be a great plan, I think Dan has a camping trip planned for the end of October. Maybe I can get Brian to come up for some surf riding....

Best ride would be Lake on Saturday & Morning surf on Sunday....

Chris has double boats on lock down!!!!

Lol, great idea. Get the boys exhausted on saturday and feed em to the sharks on sunday, lol. I've been riding surf for almost 2 yrs now and the second day still eats me up. Course i don't ride near consistent enough to stay in any shape for surf and the gym just doesn't compare.

I have plenty of extra room (whole upstairs of the house) & parking if you guys want to make the drive to Savannah, then head out early to Jax or St Augustine the next day.

Why would anybody want to drive that far to ride flatwater? :nono:
