Custom/Hybrid SUPERFREAK talk

Well looks like its decided then, a reinforced -4.3 carbon freak! I'd love to do the build this winter but it might be better financially for me to do it the following.
Buck, I'd love to come down this weekend but I'm booked and my ski is down. You ever go to OC MD? I'm trying to get a ride together on the 20th of August (possibly that whole weekend).

I'm moved by DASA power!
We ride down there once or twice a year, Ed's parents have a place in Ocean Pines. I bet we could work it out. Also you dont have to have all the answers right away, we were still making changes up to 2 weeks before the complete date. make a point to come down one weekend and get a little ride time on one, I think you are onto a winner though with those specs. If I had it to do over again thats what I would get, or even shorter. The ride seems almost the same no matter what length you get.

You can do the shorter hull and put a straight nozzle and slightly longer ride plate on it for surf. Then for flaw water put a short plate whala!! You have a ski that will do both very well. Just make sure Tem knows you want it to be bullet proof and you will have no worries about breaking it in surf. I had a few hard pancaked side landings earlier this year and don't have a single stress crack. No need to reinforce the hull.

Me & Lucas have been riding there hulls atleast 8-10 lbs lighter than the general public skis with no failures.... Theres a lot to be said about Tem's building skillz...

No worries riding the full carbon in the surf....

I see everyone talks about the carbon hulls, would i be wasting my time with a glass hull for flat water? Im no baller and dont know if i can spend another 3300 for a carbon -4.3... I'd really love to own one.

Thats my problem, I can't swing the carbon hull right now, but the glass I could do. Its not so much about not liking the hull, its more finding out that I spent 8500 on a jetski hull and now I need that back to pay bills!

Buck, if your game on the 20th, I'll definitely come down, I think we have a ride going though. I might be to dewey next weekend as well. We'll definitely meet up at some point, but I must admit I am scared! I'll ride this hull then have to buy it!

I also own the first SF surf glass version and weight around 76..78lbs no hood, witch is lighter that almost any A/M hull all there, and also is a stock length, i bet you should be pretty happy if you get a -4.5 glass version

I feel like Eric Cartman, "OH my God guys Oh my God" I just tried Josh Dasa 1100 that Brian at Thrust set up. That thing is sick ! I am getting one, it will make the flat spells we get in FL tolerable. Even I over rotated FW BFs and have no FW time. Thanks Josh

That is the MOST powerful motor I have ever ridden!! I lost my hands and one foot during a backflip/underflip before I even knew what was happening!!

Thank you Sir... You guys both ride way better than your leading on...

Once Tem got into the power he was going big Sunday...

Chris that underflip you did was the cleanest underflip I seen you do off a setup wake

My Kids are trying to talk me into buying a wake board boat now thanks to Idok, so I may part with my monster
