i am sending my new jet pilot shoes back
just crappy chinese made junk
fell apart after 3 rides
soles came off the bottom, sides came undone
they were nice and comfy and gripped ok

i went back to my old beat up 2002 slippery boots
have new slippery liquid race boots coming in.
Missy uses them too, but the sides started to look a little worn on her boots
the 08 slippery shoes, while comforting, broke on first use, the upper laces broke on both of them (fixed in the 09 models with velcro now) be prepared to cut the laces on them

After 6 years my slippery boots finally fell apart so I had to get something new. I tried some wrestling shoes but my footholds are kinda big so I don't think I would have fit well in them so I kept looking and came across these in the clearance section at Sports Authority for $30. I'm going to use the neoprene socks from my slippery boots to protect my ankles. These are really light and have plenty of drainage. They are Speedo Hydro Xp Pros.

Thatz funny,I use those same shoes with my old slipery boot liners as well, speedo makes some really nice waterstuff.they are the best summer ride shoe ive ever used, the quick laces rock and the metal screen drain they have in the bottom works great
For the guys that like a little more padding these are the deal, super soft heel bottoms, the climacool line is vented all over and on the bottom

I liked dive booties the best but they tear up pretty quick. I'm currently wearing wrestling shoes but should be flatdecking my ski soon and then I plan to be barefooted.

i recently slipped on an old pair of nike 6.0's. TONS of padding, super comfortable, easy to put on and take off, and easy to get rocks out of.

one of the big companies out there has to make a cheap jet ski shoe that actually has padding, tops and bottoms!

I too bought these however they slip right out of my footholds all the time. My feet slipped out of the holds on every barrel roll I did with these.

They are very comfy and light... I wish they gripped better.

I use wakeskate shoes. Basically a skate shoe with a thick tongue but the shoes have drains in them and are meant to be wet all of the time. They work great and do not fall apart.
