TPE MOTOR SETUP's - list your package

Before anyone jumps on it, 98-99 Ron UK is roughly equal to 91-93 Octane USA.
Just bringing it up so we have "apples and apples". Shell states that their V Power in England is a minimum of 93.4 PON (they say it will generally test higher) which is higher than what is available to most in the US. Prefer people to give proper ratings as opposed to the term "pump" gas. I can get 110 at the pump in Havasu, does that count lol. Good work none the less, motor really seems to be performing. Really like the vid from Keith, couldn't view Phils

I was running it rich for breaking the engine in.

We make custom alloy base plates to suite any type/setup of carbies so that the OEM airbox can be used with the mesh filters (only one mesh not three). Check out the pics. We can make them out of plastic or alloy, we can also make plastic trumpets. If you are interested let us know, the more we make the cheaper it is.

Wow where the heck have those been hiding!? Long overdue!

Well I got a great deal on a newer style PFP so I swapped out the B-pipe on my 1105. I was figuring I would lose some bottom end but gain quite a bit up top, but that wasn't the case! Just lost bottom end but felt about the same up top. I didn't change my jetting from my B-pipe, just opened up the highs a quarter turn for initial testing. I was running kinda rich on the b-pipe so I figured it would have been pretty close. Low end response is pretty decent, no hesitation or bogging, but it seemed like I was getting some intermittent ignition break up in the mid range. I'm going to cut back my ignition wires and install some new clips before the next time I go out. Waterbox was fairly hot, but could go hotter so I'm going to dry it out a bit.

49 FS - 130 pilots, 135 mains, 2.3 N/S with 21-22psi pop - For reference, how many turns out are you guys running?
148mm MAXX with a 14/19 - standard length cone with bored nozzle

Are you sure you're not slipping the prop? We ran 15/22 in our test boat, and it was on the loose side.

Your highs should be no more than 1/2 out.

Did you pressure test the pipe before installing?

How much are u charging for your flame arrester intake
Hey Mate, Apologies for the delay.
We have the ability to offset closer to the engine or move front to back, all while using the oem mesh filters.
We can do them in plastic with any color you like $100 AUD + shipping
Or Alloy (I prefer these) as pictured in the thread for $180 AUD + shipping. We can include the bolts an additional $20 AUD.

I tried water injecting my PFP last night at the manifold and DAMN did it make a difference! Used a Watcon injection fitting with a #70 jet, no water going through the jacket. It felt like a much more powerful B-pipe. I'm going to play around with the jet sizes, but I think the 70 is pretty close. I definitely like it more than running it dry, at least with the way I had it set up.

Did you replace the stinger? Or just the inject the front end of the pipe
