Speedy's-p-rocket?

Umm, anyone that ever ridden a bicycle...which should be....just about everyone?.?.?.?.

Or is that one of those common sense things where common to one is not so common to others?

Most people are idiots. It pains me to say it but it is the truth. They dont even know they are idiots. People dont understand gears, ratios, or anything that makes a bike, or anythung for that matter work.

Here is a excellent article you will enjoy...

He's pretty spot on.

I once had a very top level manager, sent to our facility from the Georgia Pacific head office, call me to his office to install MS Office for him. I would assist with IT support whenever I was not tied up with process issues but this day I was swamped so I kicked it back to corporate IT. My corporate guy sent me a text minutes later saying that he already installed it the same day the guy arrived and that he has been on the phone with him several times already. I stopped in briefly a few hours later, found MS Office in the start menu and so I just figured the IT guy got him sorted. The next day, the manager calls us both out in the morning production meeting and basically says (in front of everybody) that if the rest of the facility is run the same as IT, we were all in trouble. I'm not one to run from anything so I grabbed the guy right after the meeting and we went direct to his office to get this sorted once and for all. I sat down at his desk, brought up the start menu, scrolled up and clicked on MS Office. It promptly came up and opened as it should. I asked what more I could help him with and he actually got angry with me. He boldly stated that never before in all his years did he ever have to open office from the start menu and that it had always installed direct to his desktop. He had no f$cking clue how to use a computer!

The last 7 people that head office sent us were about the same caliber. I resigned from GP about 6 weeks after the above incident.

It's an adjustable end stop that attaches to the vise. Very helpful when you are milling multiple parts. Greatly reduces setup time.

I have to do a production run that requires 180 of the exact same part so tooling like this makes the job so much easier.

Setup the first piece, zero your work co-ordinates and press the start button. Insert the next piece in the vise, slide it up against the stop, clamp the vise and press play...wash rinse and repeat...179 more times.

What's the perks on the case vs what's out there already?
In this instance, its a customer that bought a bunch of left over samsung stock to test some new communication software. This case will end up being water proof and has a gel liner for shock resistantce. Once its all dialed in, we get to make the cases for current phone models. So, to make a short story long, lol, its just a special purpose case that a customer paid for and thought it would be cool to share what goes into making a cell case (since we all have em)
