SHHHH! I'm seeing how long I can go before the wife notices! Haha but yeah, I should probably redo that before I have myself a problem...

I'm letting the turbo just hang out right there until some pipe comes in so I can jacket the up pipe. Hopefully the turbo sitting there will act as a distraction to the caulking :)

Of you spray denatured alcohol on the weld after welding then hit it with a ss wire brush in a diegrinder you will remove all the burn in the heat effected zone.

Starting on a new plastic injection mold. Its gonna be a cell phone case. uploadfromtaptalk1453337980106.jpg started with a 1" insert mill that huals a$$ at 205 inches a min.uploadfromtaptalk1453338057319.jpg last pic is were i left it tonight, tho i started a semi-finish program to run for 7 hours tonight, should be within .005 " from finish dimentions when i get to work in the morning

I love writing code. :)

Today I wrote and debugged an NC program to remove unwanted bosses from an OEM ebox for a custom build.

Setup is approx. 10 minutes and runtime is a little under 8 minutes.

I have a sneaking suspicion there will be a demand for something like this in the very near future. ;)

Made this sweet set of sine plate stacks....now i dont have to waste 30 seconds to stack up guage blocks, loluploadfromtaptalk1454115754360.jpg cnc'd the tray they are in too. Box was some cheap ass unfinished box that the boss brought in from some crap...errrr craft store
