100 hrs on a watercraft two stroke is a lot, not uncommon but alot. Now your asking an engine to put out double the power and still maintain the same reliable running time. These engines require more attension to their running condition than a lightly modded 701, so if your running one you should also understand that your going to have to invest in replacement and wear parts more frequently. Racers understand this very well, freeride/freestylers need to learn this. If you don't understand this concept then maybe you should not run one of these types of engines. Not meaning to sound harsh but it is a reality. Some of our race motors required piston changes after only 3hrs of run time, and the factory race teams replaced pistons after a heat.
Looks like I will keep what I have!
