Well the exhaust is in however the hose from the chamber to waterbox still needs some work. My order of all the misc. things i need didnt arrive in time for the weekend so i wasnt able to get the carbs done and in.

The exhaust hits the hood!!! I am gonna have to cut out the one front tube for sure and hopefully the chamber wont hit anywhere else.

I need carb gaskets can anybody get me some by wednesday?

Before even reading I was thinking that chamber might hit the hood.

I hear your local auto store can get you carb gasket material that will work by today... I think I might have those carb gaskets laying around but I think the homemade gaskets will definitely work. They look thicker but they compress more than stock gaskets too.

No I meant autozone or advanceauto parts. They sell gasket material in rolls. It's usually under all the RTV and epoxies. It's like $4-$5 for a roll and it's gotten me out of many binds.

My gaskets won't fit, I've got the ones that go between the carb and the F/A, sorry.

What kind of Rad hose do you need? I have a box full of formed silcone exhaust hoses from my Seadoo.

well i think i got it figure out but it comes out of the chamber right there by the gas tank. so it has to curve 90 degress horizontal towards the outside of ski then curve 90 degrees back to the water box. i got some plumbling 90 degree bends that should work for me i just need one more.

i want to be in the surf this weekend!!!

I think I have what you need and couplers to link them together. I'll take some pics. They are in my parts bin to dispose of CHEAP!! What size is the hose ID?

My stuff measures closer to 2.5" but it matches up to my spare B-pipe elbow perfectly. It's definately close enough to clamp down and it is the proper silcone hose that will stand up to exhaust for years. I also have some steel sleeves made up to act as couplers to piece it all together in different shapes.

i dont think that stuff will work. See my picture for attached pic. I have two 90 elbows i can use with 2.25 pvc pipe thats like 2" long just to merge the 90s together. then a pvc pipe to run down the side. I just need the long pvc pipe and one more 90. its pretty much like the Factory pipe 750 stinger, but since that one was all metal it didnt help me meet it up to the blaster chamber

ok everything is in besides EBOX. i have to finish up tomorrow. I will install the ebox and i have to hook up fuel line. I cant find any 1/4 T fittings in the garage so i will have to get some tomorrow. My carb gasket didnt come yet so i ll pick up some crap at autozone.

The hood fits and clears the pipe. I had to cut the front drain tube off completly flush with the hood liner. I ll get a pic of that next time.

Yes my F/A dont match. I couldnt tell you why. i have had one for a while and then i ordered one new one and apparently they made it a different shade of green now.

I am hoping for testing friday and surf saturday.

went to the water today!!!! its ten times better then the 750 but i am not happy with the jetting. and my kawi throttle cable. I have it all the way adjusted and it has way to much play. I can switch the throttle plate to the bottom side of manifold and that should give me enough room for adjusting..

Yup so more carb tuning and i will love this boat.

Did you get it jetted right yet? You should be able to get comparable bottom out of that Blaster Chamber. I have a spare Jetworks FCV if you want to try drying it out first.
