clean out the bendix really good. Let it soak in WD. It will probably work as good as new and like matt said don't put the cover on dry cuz water will get in there. Same goes with your electrical box.
I've moved mine about 5 different times until i found a comfortable spot and even then it takes some getting used to. Also, if its real aggresive surf stance its easy to get the back of your foot hung up on the rails and you can't get your foot out. Felt like my ankle was gonna snap like a twig...
totally. When I first started riding I messed up my nose really bad and it bled every day for a couple months. I think it also helps if you tuck your head so the major force of the water impacts on above your forehead and not your face.
Jetworks has a cool tank that has a duct in the rear that redirects the water from the jet through baffles and dumps it back into the front of the tank. It works great and very little water leaves the tank.

don't let the tubes go all the way to the bottom. if you sub your ski and it takes on water then the tubes will be underwater and your ski won't be able to breath until your scuppers drain the water.
you guys are right. I've got so many holes in my tray from experimenting with different footstrap locations that when i take the screws out and jump on the tray my ski becomes a water fountain.
this has happened to me on many skis after i clean out the fuel system. I think its just from having air in the lines. I usually just fire it up again and its ok. Just make sure your flame arrestor is off so you can put your hand over the hole if it tries to run on ya. It could also be an air...
