    Anyone know how to remove the starter motor from the top crank case? I removed two screws that hold the motor onto the case, but it wont come out? Its a 95 sj, with a 61x case! Thanks!

    Well I chiseled the washer off the threaded side of the bolt. That revealed the bushing? it looks plastic, so could i just melt the bushing off?

    yes, the big long bolt!! I have whacked that bolt really hard with a mallet, and it still doesnt budge!?

    Okay, need some help with this one... I cant get the handle pole up enough to put the pin that supports it, into the notch?!? Its a 1995 SJ, stock pole. So i took the two nuts on the bolt off, but I cant get the bolt itself to unscrew itself!?! I have put a bunch of penetrating lube on the head...

    So would it be worth it to go to 83 mm bore? As opposed to staying stock? I need new pistons, so might as well rebore the cylinder?

    Okay, I don't think I want to deal with that, nor can I find a good rebuild kit. I plan on doing saltwater riding, and just messing around, racing with friends, some tricks. I will post pictures of the ski later today.

    Thanks for the replies! Sorry, but im not looking for an engine, the only thing thats bad is the cylinder. I got a flywheel puller, and was able to separate the cases today. The inside of the case looks perfect! My dad says that the only thing wrong with the crank is the bearings, so does anyone...
