Almost forgot to post the finished product.

Depending on the mods and condition Blasters generally range between $1200 to $2400. From what I can see in the pictures this blaster would probably be worth about $1500.

X2 I just played the Yamaha softball team in Kennesaw, GA just two weeks ago. I wish we would have had this discussion back then. I could have taken a list of questions, and I would not be scared to tell everyone.

I know the Yamaha plant is 5 mins down the road from my house. I just don't care if they change it. I have an 06 similiar to the one you are selling so I won't be buying a new one. Knowing what I know now I would probably not buy a new one anyways. I would buy an aftermarket hull and build it...

I talked to Pat (Botizzle) and he told me where you guys usually ride. I was at the Old River Condos which I think is right down the street. My girlfriends grandparents have a condo at the Old River. Next time the surf is going to be killer shoot me a PM and I will try to come down.

Where were you guys riding? I was in Orange Beach and when I saw the 6ft clean waves I was :frown: I didn't bring the ski.

I think it also depends on who you ride with. Ride with people that are doing them and it will push you harder. Also they can give you tips on technique.

Any places to catch some waves? I will be there next weekend. I was debating on bringing my skis.

The ski is already done but this is all the pics I have of it. I need to take pictures tomorrow of the finished product.

A friend that works at a body shop painted it for me. We had to do it on the weekends. So one weekend we did the bottom and the next we did the topdeck and hood. Here is some shots of it after the first weekend.

I put either a 760 or Raider waterbox in the rear I can't remember which one it was. But here are some pic of it foamed in.

I wish I would have taken more step by step pics but its too late now. Anyways here are some pics of my reinforced transom and I also put a layer of glass over the bedplates. After I finished my transoms I saw David's (DLMB12) and I wish I would have done it like his, but oh well.
